 Formosa Tairiloy AC2300 PC/ABS pellet Description 

Tairiloy AC2300 is a plateable Polycarbonate and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene blend plastic material (PC/ABS)  produced by Formosa Chemicals & Fiber Corporation. It has a melt index of 21g/10min and is suitable for injection molding. It offers high impact resistance and is often used in the production of automotive dashboard panels, handlebars, and other applications.

  • Compared with conventional ABS materials, the biggest feature of Tairiloy AC2300 ABS is electroplating grade, which is suitable for applications with high requirements on appearance properties, waterproofness and corrosion resistance.
  • High impact resistance. Tairiloy AC2300 PC/ABS blend material has a cantilever beam notch impact of 55kg-cm/cm at 3.2mm and 23℃ test environment, and a simply supported beam notch impact of 50kJ/㎡ at 4.0mm, which is much higher than conventional PC or ABS materials. It is suitable for use in mechanical equipment housings with high impact resistance requirements.
