1. What is LLDPE 7042?
LLDPE 7042 is a polymer formed by copolymerizing ethylene with a small amount of α-olefin monomer. It has good toughness and low temperature resistance. The material's molecular structure gives it a good balance between strength and flexibility, making it widely used in plastic films, packaging, tubing and many other applications.

2. Performance advantages

• Excellent tensile strength and tear resistance, able to withstand greater tensile force without breakage when making films
• Higher transparency. Compared with other polyethylene products, LLDPE 7042 resin particles have better transparency and gloss, making the packaging effect more refined.
• High temperature resistance. Compared with other LLDPE products, the melting temperature of LLDPE 7042 exceeds 120°C and is suitable for general high-temperature packaging production.

3. Application 

• The excellent stretchability, sealing and tear resistance of LLDPE 7042 give it a huge advantage in the manufacturing of film products. It is mainly used for agricultural films, packaging bags, and cling films.
• In the construction industry, LLDPE 7042 is often used as construction site waterproofing membrane; due to its good flexibility, it facilitates material transportation and is rarely used in pipe manufacturing.
