Duranex 3300 is a glass-fiber reinforced polybutylene terephthalate resin pellet (GF PBT material) manufactured by Polyplastics. Containing 30% glass fiber, it offers enhanced strength, reduced shrinkage, and superior high-temperature resistance. It is commonly used in automotive components, industrial parts, and electronic/electrical equipment requiring high insulation performance. Polyplastics PBT 3300 is available in two colors: the product suffix"EF2001"denotes the natural color, while the suffix"ED3002"denotes black. Please confirm the color of the PBT material you require.
Polyplastics Duranex 3300 PBT Advantage
- GF30 PBT material, Polyplastics Duranex 3300 PBT material contains 30% glass fiber reinforcement, providing superior physical properties. With water absorption of only 0.1% at 23°C and 1.0mm thickness, it exhibits excellent dimensional stability and is commonly used for precision part machining. The flexural modulus is 9030 MPa, offering exceptional strength and rigidity, making it suitable for high-performance engineering plastic applications.
- Heat resistant plastic. Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) inherently possesses excellent high-temperature resistance. When reinforced with 30% glass fiber, Duranex 3300 PBT achieves a heat deflection temperature of 215°C at 1.8 MPa, significantly surpassing conventional plastic materials. This makes it suitable for applications demanding superior heat dissipation and high-temperature endurance.
- Sabic B5428 HDPPE has excellent mechanical properties. As a resin raw material specifically designed for the production of small and medium-sized blow-molded plastic bottles, it has a flexural modulus of 1100 MPa and an elongation at break of 700%. During the blow molding process, the product is easy to process and not easily damaged. Finished products made from B5428 HDPE also have excellent impact resistance, with an Izod notch impact of 130 J/m.
