LLDPE 218WJ est un polyéthylène linéaire basse densité (LLDPE) de qualité supérieure conçu pour les applications de qualité film avec de bonnes propriétés d'extrusion. Produit à base de comonomère et de butène, le matériau offre une excellente résistance mécanique, d'excellentes propriétés optiques et une résistance élevée aux chocs. Le produit ne contient pas de tris(sans base) diphosphate (TNPP), qui est plus respectueux de l'environnement et plus sûr.
Principales caractéristiques:
Copolymérisation du butène : L'utilisation du butène comme comonomère améliore la flexibilité et les propriétés mécaniques du matériau.
Bonnes propriétés de traction : offre une excellente résistance à la traction et une excellente ductilité, adaptée aux applications de films exigeantes.
Résistance élevée aux chocs : Capable de résister aux chocs externes, garantissant la stabilité et la durabilité du film dans les applications.
Excellentes propriétés optiques : offre une transparence et une brillance élevées, donnant au film un aspect clair et beau.
Sans TNPP : Ne contient pas de tris(non-triphosphate) diphosphate (TNPP) et est conforme aux normes de protection de l'environnement et de sécurité.
Facile à former : il a de bonnes performances de traitement et convient au processus de moulage par extrusion, ce qui facilite la fabrication de divers produits en film.
Contient un agent d'ouverture : améliore les performances d'ouverture du film, le rendant plus facile à utiliser et à manipuler.
Copolymère à quatre carbones : Le copolymère à quatre carbones confère au film une excellente flexibilité et résistance à la déchirure.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR USE IN PROCESSING:

1, product storage products to maintain the integrity of the package stored in room temperature, dry indoor warehouse, and should not be subjected to direct sunlight; the product has no expiry date, it is recommended that the use of 2 years, after opening the package should be used immediately.
2, the use of the requirements of the product should be fully dry before use, it is recommended to use 180 ~ 160 ℃ hot air drying 4-6 hours, dew point ≤ -40 ℃, melting temperature of 280-300 ℃.
