Qatar MDPE TR131 est un polyéthylène de densité moyenne (MDPE) avec comonomère hexène conçu pour les applications de qualité film et de contact alimentaire.

1. Applications de sacs et de films :
Sacs à provisions et sacs alimentaires : adaptés à la production de sacs à provisions et de sacs alimentaires à haute résistance et durables pour garantir la sécurité des produits pendant le transport et l'utilisation.
Film d'emballage : utilisé pour produire divers films d'emballage, tels que des films d'emballage alimentaire et des films d'emballage industriel, pour offrir de bons effets de protection et d'affichage.
2. Film soufflé :
Film d'emballage alimentaire : Film adapté à l'emballage alimentaire pour garantir la sécurité et la conservation des aliments.
Film rétractable : Produit des films avec de bonnes propriétés de rétrécissement, adaptés à l'emballage et à la protection d'objets fragiles ou de forme irrégulière.
3. Films de revêtement et de stratification :
Film multicouche : utilisé pour produire des films avec des structures multicouches pour améliorer les propriétés mécaniques et les propriétés barrière du film.
Film de revêtement : adapté aux processus de revêtement, offrant d’excellents effets de protection et d’amélioration.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR USE IN PROCESSING:

1, product storage products to maintain the integrity of the package stored in room temperature, dry indoor warehouse, and should not be subjected to direct sunlight; the product has no expiry date, it is recommended that the use of 2 years, after opening the package should be used immediately.
2, the use of the requirements of the product should be fully dry before use, it is recommended to use 180 ~ 160 ℃ hot air drying 4-6 hours, dew point ≤ -40 ℃, melting temperature of 280-300 ℃.
