Polyplastic Duracon M25-44 POM Description
Duracon M25-44 is high viscosity acetal copolymer resin (POM-C material) produced by Polyplastics. It has high strength and high rigidity, a melt index of 2.5g/10min (at 190℃ 2.16kg) and contains mold release and lubricant ingredients. It is easy to process and is commonly used in the production of clips, gears, construction applications, profiles and automotive parts.

With its relatively low melt flow rate, it is suitable for extrusion and injection molding, and offers significant advantages in the production of thick-walled products such as large gears and sheet materials, Effectively reduces defects such as edge sagging and warping caused by fluidity; at the same time, this material contains release agents and lubricants, which reduce material residue in the mold and improve production efficiency.
