Duracon M90-44 POM pellet

Duracon M90-44 is general purpose grade POM-C (copolymer acetal) material produced by Polyplastic Co., Ltd, has medium viscosity, is easy to process, has a low coefficient of friction, and is used in the production of bearings, gears, and transmissions.

Duracon M90s POM is manufactured at multiple locations; we give priority to supplying POM resin produced by Polyplastics (Shanghai) Limited.

Duracon M90-44 is available in two standard colors: Duracon M90-44 CF2001 white POM and Duracon M90-44 CD3068 black POM. As shown in the image on the left, Duracon M90-44 CF2001 white POM consists of nearly spherical, pure white, opaque pellets.

Duracon M90-44 POM Advantage

Easy to process. Duracon M90-44 CF2001 is a commonly used POM resin that can be processed on standard injection molding equipment. It has a melt volume rate (MVR) of 9, moderate viscosity, and is relatively easy to process.
Good lubricating performance, Duracon M90-44 acetal material has very low friction coefficient. Under the JIS K7218 test standard, the friction coefficient under the test environment of 0.49MPa 0.3m/s is less than 0.5, which is much lower than that of conventional plastic materials. M90-44 POM is very suitable for applications with high requirements for friction performance, such as bearings, valves, transmissions, gears
Good mechanical properties. Duracon M90-44 POM material's Charpy notched impact strength is 6kJ/㎡, strain at break is 35%, compared to the Duracon M270-44 low viscosity POM in the same series, offers greater flexibility and is better suited for high-load applications
