Qatar Lotrene Q 50100 HDPE Description

Qatar Lotrene Q 50100 is a food contact grade high density polyethylene pellets with better strength, flexibility and low temperature impact resistance. Mainly used to manufacture large storage tanks such as buckets, oil tanks, and chemical storage tanks due to their durability and good impact resistance.

Qatar Lotrene 50100 HDPE pellets Avantage

Large blow molding plastic raw material. As a material dedicated to blow molding large parts, Qatar 50100 HDPE is widely used in agricultural water tanks, plastic containers and gasoline storage barrels.
Food contact grade plastic material. Qatar Lotrene Q50100 high density polyethylene material has obtained the US FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 food contact safety certification. As a relatively excellent food contact grade polyethylene material, it can be used to produce large drinking water storage tanks
High rigidity and good impact resistance. Compared with conventional HDPE materials, Lotrene Q 50100 has stronger rigidity, with a bending modulus of 1170MPa, and still has good impact resistance even in low temperature environments.
Good weather resistance. Lotrene Q 50100 HDPE material has better weather resistance under ASTM D1693 test standard, and the environmental stress cracking resistance of F50 100% legpal condition A and condition B reaches 600hr. Even if used in outdoor environment for a long time, it still has good appearance and performance.
