Lotte Hivorex 8100GX HDPE Description
Hivorex 8100GX is a high-density polyethylene resin manufactured by Lotte Chemical Corporation specifically for use in the production of underfloor heating pipes (PE-RT Type Ⅰ). It offers excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking and high temperatures, with a melt flow index of 0.02, and is easy to process.

Lotte Hivorex 8100GX HDPE Advantage
- High temperature HDPE, As an HDPE material specifically designed for the production of underfloor heating pipes (PE-RT), Lotte 8100GX offers higher temperature resistance than standard pipe-grade HDPE, with a Vicat softening temperature of 124°C, making it suitable for underfloor heating systems operating at temperatures below 60°C.
- Good mechanical properties, Lotte 8100GX HDPE complies with the PE-RT Type I standard, with a tensile strength of 220 kgf/cm² (21.6 MPa) and excellent tensile properties, including a tensile strain of 700%. Suitable for use in standard non-PE100 high-pressure pipeline applications
- Good processability. Lotte 8100GX HDPE has a melt flow index (MFI) of 0.02 g/10 min. Its low flow rate makes it suitable for extrusion molding processes and compatible with the vast majority of pipe extrusion equipment. Pipes produced from this material are resistant to deformation and warping.
