LG HI-121H ABS Description

LG HI121 is a high rigidity,high impact resistant Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS material) with a melt index of 22g/10min (at 220°C, 10kg). It is easy to process and form, suitable for injection molding, can be used to produce toys, helmets, home appliance housings, pipes, and electronic and electrical applications.

LG HI 121H ABS is manufactured at multiple locations; we give priority to supplies from Ningbo LG Chem (Yongxing) Company.

As shown in the image on the left, LG HI 121H natural ABS material comes in the form of milky white cylindrical pellets. Standard colors include Natural, High Gloss Black, and High Gloss White. Please contact us if you require custom colors.

LG HI-121H ABS Advantage

High impact ABS. LG HI121H ABS has a cantilever beam notch impact of 220J/m at 3.2mm and 23℃ test environment, and can reach 90J/m even in extreme low temperature environment of -30℃. It is very suitable for applications with high impact resistance requirements, such as helmets, home appliance housings, toys, etc.
Good processing performance. The melt index of LG HI121H ABS material under the 220℃ 10kg test standard is 22g/10min. It is suitable for injection molding processing. The requirements for processing equipment are relatively broad. The processing temperature window is large, the fault tolerance is high, and the finished product is stable and not easy to deform.
