 Chimei Polylac PA-747 ABS pellet Description 

Polylac PA-747 is an injection molding Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene virgin pellets (ABS material) produced by Chi Mei Industrial Co., Ltd. Chimei PA747 ABS material has a melt index of 13ml/10min (220℃ 10kg), a medium flow rate, good impact resistance and flexibility, and is commonly used in the production of pipe fittings, helmets, toys.

Chimei Polylac PA-747 ABS Advantage

  • Excellent impact resistance. Chimei Polylac PA-747 ABS material has a cantilever notch impact of 32kJ/㎡ and a simply supported beam notch impact of 33kJ/㎡ under a 23℃ test environment. Even in an extreme low temperature environment of -30℃, it can maintain an impact resistance of more than 20kJ/㎡, making it suitable for applications requiring high impact resistance and low-temperature impact resistance.
  • Good flexibility. Compared with conventional ABS materials, Chimei PA-747 ABS has better flexibility. The bending strength under the 2.8mm/10min test standard can reach 620kg/c㎡, and the bending modulus is as high as 22000kg/c㎡. The good flexibility facilitates product manufacturing while also providing better impact resistance and bending ability for the final product.
  • Good processing performance, Polylac PA 747 ABS has a melt index of 13ml/10min under ISO 1133 test standard at 220°C and 10kg test environment. It has medium viscosity and flow rate, making it suitable for injection molding and can be used for conventional high impact resistance ABS.
