INEOS Terluran GP-22 ABS Description
Terluran GP-22 is injection molding Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin pellets ( ABS material ) produced by INEOS Styrolution Group. It can be used for electroplating plastics. The final product has good gloss and surface smoothness, excellent mechanical properties, and is widely used in many fields such as automotive parts, home appliance housings, electronic and electrical equipment housings, toys, etc.

Terluran ABS GP-22 is manufactured in several locations; the product we supply is sourced from INEOS Styrolution Sinopec Advanced Materials (Ningbo) Limited.

INEOS Terluran GP-22 ABS Advantage
- Electroplated ABS. Compared with traditional ABS materials, INEOS Terluran GP-22 ABS has good electroplating performance, and the finished product after electroplating has excellent appearance, In particular, it is used to manufacture showerheads, car door handles, and Christmas ornaments that require electroplating.
- Good mechanical properties. As a globally popular ABS material, INEOS GP22 offers excellent and consistent mechanical properties, with a tensile modulus of 2,300 MPa and a Charpy impact strength of 180 kJ/m² at 23°C. It is suitable for applications requiring moderate impact resistance, such as toys and appliance housings.
- Good processability. INEOS Terluran ABS GP-22 has melt volume flow rate (MVR) of 19 cm³/10 min (at 220°C, 10 kg), which represents a moderate flow rate. It is suitable for injection molding and can be used in the vast majority of production equipment.
