LyondellBasell Purell ACP 6031 D HDPE Description
Purell ACP 6031 D is a high density polyethylene (HDPE) resin manufactured by LyondellBasell Holdings B.V. specifically for the production of small blow-molded bottles for medical applications. It offers good rigidity, oxidation resistance, and resistance to environmental stress cracking, and is suitable for ethylene oxide sterilization.

In the Full Notched Creep Test (which evaluates the environmental stress cracking resistance of PE materials in blow-molded containers), LyondellBasell Purell ACP 6031 D HDPE achieved a result of 10 hours under test conditions of 6.0 MPa, 6.6% Dehyton PL, and 50°C, outperforming conventional HDPE resins.
