Polyplastics Duracon M270-44 POM pellet

Duracon M270-44 is low viscosity POM, produced via copolymerization, is also known as POM-C material, produced by Polyplastics Co., Ltd. with a melt index of 27g/10min. It contains lubricants and release agents, has high fluidity, and is suitable for the production of complex and precision parts.

Duracon M270-44 POM is sourced from multiple locations; we give priority to the product manufactured by Polypalstic (Shanghai).

There are two standard colors: Duracon M270-44 CF2001—opaque white POM—and Duracon M270-44 CD3608—opaque black POM. As shown in the image on the left, Duracon M270-44 CF2001 consists of opaque, nearly white spherical pellets.

The melt index of Duracon M270-44 CF2001 polyoxymethylene material is 27g/10min under the test environment of 190℃ and 2.16kg, compared to the POM Duracon M90-44 (9 g/10 min) which is commonly used in this series,M270-44 POM offers higher flow rate and lower viscosity, making it more suitable for the production of thin-walled, complex, and precision parts.
Good lubrication and wear resistance. The friction coefficient against carbon steel at 0.98 MPa 0.3 m/s of Duracon M270-44 CF2001 POM is only 0.40, while the friction coefficient against M90-44 at 0.06 MPa and 0.15 m/s is only 0.37. Duracon's superior lubricity makes it particularly advantageous for use in high friction applications such as mechanical components, bearings, and valves.
