Toray Torelina A504X90 PPS pellet Description
Torelina A504X90 is 40% glass fiber reinforced polyphenylene sulfide resin (PPS material) produced by Toray engineering plastic company. It features exceptional heat resistance, high strength and high rigidity. Meets the UL 94 V-0 flame retardant rating. It is commonly used in automotive engine components, motor frames, oil/gas applications and connectors.
Torelina A504X90 GF40 PPS is sourced from multiple locations, including Toray Plastics (Shenzhen) Limited and Toray Plastics (Japan); by default, PPS produced at the Shenzhen, China plant is supplied first.

- GF40 PPS material. Torelina A504X90 polyphenylene sulfide material contains 40% glass fiber reinforcement, which gives it higher high temperature resistance, strength and rigidity.
- Excellent temperature resistance. The most notable characteristic of Toray A504X90 PPS material is its exceptional high-temperature resistance; its heat deflection temperature reaches 260°C under a test condition of 1.8 MPa, with water absorption rate of just 0.02%, it is particularly well suited for high temperature, high humidity applications such as automotive engines.
- Excellent flame retardant. Torelina A504X90 GF40 PPS material achieves UL 94 V-0 flame retardancy at a thickness of just 0.25 mm, making it particularly suitable for thin-walled electronic product housings and motor frames that require high-performance flame retardancy.
