Le PA66 1300S est un matériau en nylon 66 haute performance produit par Asahi Kasei Co., Ltd., conçu pour répondre aux besoins d'une variété d'applications exigeantes. Le matériau présente une excellente rigidité élevée, une résistance élevée et une ténacité élevée, et présente une excellente fluidité élevée et de bonnes propriétés d'aspect pendant le traitement. Le PA66 1300S ajoute des lubrifiants et des agents de démoulage pour améliorer encore ses capacités de lubrification externe et de prototypage rapide, ce qui lui permet de bien fonctionner dans les moules complexes et la production à grand volume. De plus, le matériau a une bonne aptitude au traitement et convient à une variété de processus de moulage, garantissant ainsi au produit final une excellente qualité et durabilité. IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR USE IN PROCESSING:

1, product storage products to maintain the integrity of the package stored in room temperature, dry indoor warehouse, and should not be subjected to direct sunlight; the product has no expiry date, it is recommended that the use of 2 years, after opening the package should be used immediately.
2, the use of the requirements of the product should be fully dry before use, it is recommended to use 180 ~ 160 ℃ hot air drying 4-6 hours, dew point ≤ -40 ℃, melting temperature of 280-300 ℃.
