LDPE FD0274 est un matériau en polyéthylène basse densité haute performance produit par Qatar Petroleum Limited. Le matériau est spécialement conçu pour les applications de films, possède d'excellentes propriétés de traitement et de sécurité au contact des aliments, et est largement utilisé dans les emballages alimentaires et autres produits en film.
Propriétés matérielles
Moulage par extrusion : convient à divers processus de moulage par extrusion, offrant des performances de traitement stables.
Calandrage : Excellentes performances dans le processus de calandrage, adaptées à la production de films sur de grandes surfaces.
Moulage de mousse : il a de bonnes performances de moussage et convient à une variété d’applications de moussage.
Qualité film : conçu spécifiquement pour les applications de film avec une excellente résistance et transparence du film.
Avec agent d'ouverture : contient un agent d'ouverture pour améliorer les performances d'ouverture du film et est facile à utiliser.
Qualité contact alimentaire : conforme aux normes de sécurité contact alimentaire et convient au conditionnement alimentaire.

Film : convient à diverses applications de film, notamment le film d'emballage alimentaire, le film d'emballage industriel, le film agricole, etc.
IMPORTANT  NOTICE  FOR  USE  IN  PROCESSING:
1, product storage products to maintain the integrity of the package stored in room temperature, dry indoor warehouse, and should not be subjected to direct sunlight; the product has no expiry date, it is recommended that the use of 2 years, after opening the package should be used immediately.
2, the use of the requirements of the product should be fully dry before use, it is recommended to use 180 ~ 160 ℃ hot air drying 4-6 hours, dew point ≤ -40 ℃, melting temperature of 280-300 ℃.
