Longlite 300 B4G LCP pellet Description

Longlite 300 B4G is an injection molded black liquid crystal polymer (black LCP material) produced by CCP Group. It contains 40% glass fiber reinforced and has high temperature resistance, excellent flame retardancy and low warpage performance. 300 B4G LCP material is mainly used in the production of electronic components and precision molding applications.

Glass fiber reinforced plastic material. Longlite 300 B4G contains 40% glass fiber. Through glass fiber reinforcement, it has stronger high temperature resistance than conventional liquid crystal polymer (LCP material). Under the test environment of 1.8MPa, the heat deformation temperature reaches 300℃, which is far higher than that of conventional engineering plastic materials. Longlite 300 B4G can be used in extreme high temperature environments.
UL94 V-0 flame retardant grade plastic material. Longlite 300 B4G LCP material can achieve UL94 V-0 flame retardant effect even without adding flame retardants, and can be used in applications with high heat dissipation and flame retardancy requirements.
Convenient and stable processing. Longlite300 B4G LCP material has high fluidity and is suitable for injection molding. It is suitable for producing precise and complex parts. The parts are stable during cooling and are not prone to defects. The biggest material characteristic is low warpage.
