Polyplastics Duranex SF755 PBT Description

Duranex SF755 is an ultra-high-flow polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) polymer manufactured by Wintech Polymer Ltd. It contains 55% glass fiber (GF55 PBT) and offers advantages such as high rigidity, high flow, and short molding cycles, making it ideal for the production of thin-walled products.

Polyplastics Duranex SF755 PBT Advantage

GF55 PBT, Duranex SF755 PBT contains 55% glass fiber. Compared to conventional reinforcing materials, it has a higher glass fiber content, giving it superior rigidity and an impressive flexural modulus of 1.82 GPa.
Ultra high liquidity. Compared to conventional PBT materials, Duranex SF755 GF55 PBT can effectively improve flowability by more than 30%, making it ideal for the production of thin-walled and complex products. Additionally, thin-walled products can significantly reduce cooling and molding times, thereby shortening the production cycle.
Attractive appearance, Polyplastics' Duranex SF755 PBT material achieves a gloss level of 55% under test conditions of 260°C barrel temperature, 65°C mold temperature, and 80 MPa injection pressure—significantly higher than the 15% achieved by the standard-grade Duranex 3405 PBT—making it suitable for products requiring high gloss.
High dimensional stability. According to the above test standards, the shrinkage rate of SF755 in the flow direction is only 0.2%, slightly lower than the 0.3% of 3405; the shrinkage rate in the flow direction is only 0.8%, significantly lower than the 1.2% of Duranex 3405 PBT. Duranex SF755 PBT is suitable for the production of precision parts.
