Covestro Bayblend T85 XF PC+ABS pellets Description
Bayblend T85 XF PC+ABS is general purpose grade Polycarbonate+Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene plastic alloy material (PC+ABS)produced by Covestro AG. It has excellent impact resistance and high temperature resistance, with MVR of 19cm³/10min. As a result, it is used in automotive interiors, home appliance casings, and heat-resistant industrial components..

The Bayblend T85XF PC/ABS material we supply is manufactured at the Covestro Shanghai Investment plant. It is available in cylindrical pellets and is milky white in color, not pure white. Please contact us if you require other colors or sources.

- Excellent impact resistance. Bayblend T85XF PC/ABS material has even better impact resistance. The cantilever beam notch impact resistance under 23℃ test environment reaches 48kJ/㎡, and the simply supported beam notch impact resistance reaches 50kJ/㎡. Even at a low temperature of -30℃, it can still maintain very good impact resistance, making it suitable for electronic and electrical housings with high impact resistance requirements.
- Good processing properties. The melting volume rate (MVR) of Bayblend T85XF PC alloy reaches 19 cm³/10 min under 260°C 5kg , and the melt viscosity is 250 Pa·s. Compared to Bayblend T85 PC/ABS in the same series, it offers improved flow rate, making it more suitable for the production of complex, intricate, and thin-walled products.
