Sabic Cycoloy C6600 PC/ABS Description
Cycoloy C6600 is a flame-retardant polycarbonate-acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (PC/ABS) blend resin manufactured by Saudi Basic Innovation Industries Company. Also known as “PC/ABS” or “PC+ABS,” this material offers high heat resistance, impact resistance, and UL 94 V-0 flame-retardant performance, and is suitable for electroplating processes. It is commonly used in the production of automotive interior and exterior trim.

The Cycoloy C6600 PC/ABS alloy we supply is sourced from the Sabic Innovation (Nansha) plant. It is available in two base colors: Cycoloy C6600-111 PC/ABS in natural color and Cycoloy C6600-701 PC/ABS in high-gloss black.

Sabic Cycoloy C6600 PC/ABS Advantage
- Flame retardant PC/ABS, Sabic Cycoloy C6600-111 contains highly effective flame retardant that achieves a UL 94 V-0 rating at a thickness of 1.5 mm and 5VB rating at thickness of 2 mm, Compared to other products in the same series - Cycoloy C6200 PC/ABS, offers superior flame-retardant properties,offering significant advantages for thin walled flame retardant applications. Furthermore, this flame retardant is halogen-free, making it suitable for use in precision electronic components; it has minimal corrosive effects on electronic equipment and meets the stringent environmental standards required in Europe and the United States.
- Balanced Mechanical Strength. As a commonly used PC/ABS alloy, Cycoloy C6600-111 has an Izod notched impact strength of 15 kJ/m² at 23°C and a tensile modulus of 2,700 MPa, making it suitable for standard applications.
