 Sabic Cycoloy C6200-701 PC/ABS Description 

Cycoloy C6200 is polycarbonate and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene blended material (PC/ABS resin pellets) produced by Saudi innovation company (China), has a melt index of 14.5g/10min (260°C 2.16kg) and medium viscosity, making it suitable for injection molding. C6200 PC+ABS material contains flame retardants, is chlorine-free, and bromine-free, and has good high-temperature and impact resistance, has a wide range of applications.

Sabic Cycoloy C6200-701 PC/ABS Advantage

  • FR PC material. Cycoloy C6200 PC/ABS blended material contains organophosphorus flame retardants, it can achieve UL94 V-0 level flame retardant effect, components with a thickness of 2.0mm or more can achieve UL94 5VB and UL94 5VA flame retardancy ratings; At the same time, this flame retardant is halogen-free—containing neither bromine nor chlorine—making it suitable for use in electronic products and in regions such as Europe and the United States, where environmental regulations are particularly stringent.
  • Good high temperature resistance. Sabic Cycoloy C6200 PC+ABS material has higher high temperature resistance than conventional polycarbonate or ABS materials. The heat deformation temperature reaches 90°C under the 1.8MPa 6.4mm test environment. Even under the 3.2mm thickness test environment, the heat deformation temperature can still reach 87°C. It is suitable for components that require heat dissipation and high high temperature resistance.
  • Excellent impact resistance. As a blend material of PC and ABS, Cycoloy C6200 has the impact resistance properties of ABS materials. The Izod notch impact under 23°C test environment reaches 534J/m, and the ASTM D3763 plastic plate high-speed puncture test can also reach 61J. It is an excellent impact-resistant plastic raw material.
