 Exxon Vistamaxx 6202 POE pellet Description 

Vistamaxx 6202 is a random polyolefin elastomer material (POP) produced by ExxonMobil. It adopts propylene-based (ethylene content 15wt% )and metallocene-catalyzed processing methods to make the material have medium flexibility and stronger transparency. It can not only be mixed with polymers to improve the flexibility and processing performance of polymers, but also can be used alone to produce highly transparent films.

• Higher transparency, Vistamaxx 6202 polyolefin elastomer adopts propylene-based processing, contain 15wt% ethylene, which makes the finished product have higher transparency than vinyl, so it can be used alone to produce high-transparency films
• After blending with propylene materials, the flexibility of polypropylene materials is improved. Compared with POE materials made of vinyl, the mixed performance of 6202 POE and PP is more superior. It can be used as a toughening agent for polypropylene materials to improve the puncture resistance and toughness of polypropylene materials.
• More convenient processing method, Exxon Vistamaxx 6202 POE melt index 9.10g/10min at 190℃ 2.16kg test environment, the higher melt index is more suitable for the production of thin films, complex and fine parts
