Vistamaxx 6102 is a propylene-based elastomer material produced by Mobil Chemical, also known as"POE material or TPO material."Melt index: 1.4 g/10 min (at 190°C, 2.16 kg), with a relatively low melt flow rate, containing 16 wt% ethylene. Manufactured using metallocene catalyst technology, it offers exceptional flexibility, elasticity, and melt strength, with good compatibility with other polymers. It can be used alone to produce highly flexible films or blended with other polymers to enhance their flexibility and tensile properties.

Good compatibility with other polymers.Vistamaxx 6102 polyolefin elastomer's melt index at 190°C and 2.16 kg is 1.4 g/10 min, indicating a relatively low melt flow rate.exhibits good compatibility with polymers such as PP and TPE,making it suitable as a modifier to enhance the elasticity and flexibility of polymers.
Low heat seal temperature. The Vicat softening temperature of Vistamaxx 6102 POE material is 54°C. When used as the sealing layer in co-extruded structures, this material exhibits an exceptionally low sealing initiation temperature and strong sealing strength.
