Borouge BA212E a block copolymer polypropylene raw material (PPB material) commonly used in cold water pipes. It has the advantages of high impact resistance, low temperature resistance, low price, and environmental certification, is an excellent raw material for PPB PP pipe materials.

Borouge Boreco BA212E PP Advantage

High impact resistance, Borouge BA212E polypropylene is manufactured using a block copolymerization process, endowing the material with enhanced impact resistance, the simple supported beam notched impact of 50kJ/㎡ under a 23℃ test environment. Even under a -20℃ test environment, it can still reach 5kJ/㎡, making it suitable for applications requiring high impact resistance.
The molding is stable and not easy to deform. The melt index of Boreco BA212E PP material reaches 0.25g/10min under the test environment of 230℃ 2.16kg. The lower melt index makes its molding more stable, and the PP pipe made of it is not easy to deform.
The price is low. Compared with other non-pressure pipe polypropylene materials of the same level, Borouge BA212E PP has a better price advantage and is suitable for price-sensitive
