EP300M-Z is Heterogeneous copolymerization polypropylene resin (impact resistance PP material) produced by CNOOC & Shell petrochemicals company limited. It offers excellent impact resistance and high-temperature performance with a melt index of 9. This material is suitable for manufacturing furniture, toys, home appliances, and household consumer goods.

⚠️CNOOC & Shell EP300M-Z impact PP is produced using LyondellBasell’s Spheripol/Spherizone process; therefore, it is similar to LyondellBasell EP300M impact PP in both performance and naming, and can be used as a direct substitute for that material.

CNOOC & Shell EP300M-Z PP Advantage

High impact resistant, CNOOC & Shell EP300M-Z employs a heterogeneous copolymerization process, which gives the material exceptionally high impact resistance. Achieving an Izod notch impact value of 12 kJ/m² at 23°C. Even under extreme low-temperature conditions of -30°C, it maintains a performance of 6.5 kJ/m². In terms of performance, it has a higher flexural modulus of 1000 MPa than LyondellBasell’s Moplen EP300M and a higher flow rate than its 7 g/min, making it suitable for processing precision, complex, and thin-walled parts such as automotive components and small appliance parts.
Good high-temperature resistance. Compared to conventional polypropylene materials, CNOOC & Shell EP300M-Z PP offers superior temperature resistance. Its heat deflection temperature reaches 95°C at a test pressure of 0.45 MPa, making it suitable for high-temperature applications.
