 CNPC H8020 PP pellet Description 

H8020 is a heat resistant polypropylene resin pellet (PP material) produced by the Lanzhou Branch of China National Petroleum Corporation. Its' melt flow index (MFI at 230℃ 2.16kg) is 18g/10min, with high heat resistant properties.

  • CNPC H8020 PP is a high-temperature resistant polypropylene material. Compared with conventional polypropylene, it has higher heat resistance. The heat deformation temperature under 1.8MPa test pressure reaches 126℃, and the Vicat softening temperature under 50℃/hr 10N environment reaches 152℃. It is suitable for applications with high requirements for high temperature properties, such as cookers, water heaters, etc.
  • Good processing performance. Under the test environment of 230℃ and 2.16kg, the melt index of CNPC H8020 PP material is 18g/10min. The high fluid velocity is suitable for various processing methods and is convenient for the production of thin-walled products.
