Hanwha Total HJ730 is injection molding PP material with high temperature resistance, high hardness, high strength and wear resistance properties, is often used in home appliance parts and toys.

The HJ 730 PP we supply is sourced from Hanwha Total Petrochemical’s plant in South Korea.
As shown in the image on the left, HJ 730 PP consists of semi-translucent, ellipsoidal pellets with a certain degree of transparency, making it suitable for the production of food containers. Please contact us if you require custom colors.

  • Food contact grade. HJ730 PP material complies with food contact safety standards and has been certified under FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 for food contact; it is suitable for use in general food tableware and children's toys.
  • High temperature resistant, Hanwha Total HJ730 PP has a heat deflection temperature of 120 degrees Celsius, which is higher than that of conventional polypropylene materials. It can be used in heat-dissipating home appliance components as well as in high-heat-generating appliances such as kettles and coffee makers.
  • High strength, high hardness and wear resistance,Suitable for harsh environment applications, extending the service life of products such as juicer and coffee machine bearings, vacuum cleaner dust boxes, and washing machine drive shafts
  • Excellent machinability, HJ730 PP material exhibits melt flow index (MFI) of 20g/10min at 230°C 2.16kg, demonstrating high flow velocity. It is suitable for producing thin-walled and complex products.
