Hyosung Topilene R200P PP Description

Topilene R200P is extruded moldable random polypropylene (PPR resin material) manufactured by Hyosung, South Korea. It has properties such as impact resistance, resistance to high temperatures and chemical solvents. Due to R200P polypropylene's good thermal stability, it can be used to produce hot water transportation pipes and radiator connectors.

The Hyosung R200P PP resin we supply is sourced from Korea Hyosung Chemical Corporation. As shown in the image on the left, it comes in the form of translucent, disc-shaped pellets. Please contact us if you require a custom color.

Hyosung R200P, a PP material suitable for drinking water supply, complies with multiple food and drinking water contact certifications, including: FDA 21 CFR 177.1520and(EU) No. 10/2011 food contact certification, as well as DVGW W270/KTW guidelines and GB/T 17219 for drinking water systems. It offers excellent safety performance and is suitable for use in food contact and drinking water distribution applications.
Good long-term hydrostatic strength. As an excellent material for PPR pipes, Hyosung Topilene R200P has good impact resistance and long-term hydrostatic strength. It meets the strength requirements for PP hot and cold water supply piping and complies with multiple standards, including DIN 8078,ISO/DIS 15874,GB/T 18742.2, and KS M 3362, making it safe for use in water supply systems.
