ZPC K8009 is a kind of injection molidng polypropylene resin pellets (PP material) with low temperature impact resistance, high fluidity and high toughness. Mainly used in home appliance components and general product packaging.Such as cosmetic bottle caps, cleaning product packaging, dashboards, bumpers.

ZPC K8009 PP pellets Advantage

Good impact resistance. ZPC K8009 polypropylene material has a simple supported beam notch impact of 9kJ/㎡ at a test temperature of 23℃ under the GB/T 1043 test standard. The material has medium impact resistance and is suitable for conventional plastic product production.
High fluidity, than other brands, ZPC K8009 PP resin material has higher melt index , giving it more advantages in processing, suitable for more precise and complex products, and production efficiency is slightly higher.
Good flexibility, the yield tensile strength of ZPC K8009 PP material reaches 17MPa, and the flexural modulus reaches 900MPa. Good flexibility reduces the damage of plastic products due to brittleness and ensures long-term use of the product.
