Yuhwa RP2400 is a kind of PP pellets that are resistant to high temperature and ultra-high pressure. It is available in white, green, gray colors. It is used to make floor heating PPR pipe, pressure pipe applications.
Yuhwa Polypro RP2400 PP pellets Advantage
- Ultra-high pressure PP pipe raw materials, RP2400 PP resin offers superior stress crack resistance compared to conventional PPB pipes, with a minimum requirement strength (MRS) of 11.2 MPa. It is suitable for manufacturing high-pressure pipelines such as water supply and gas pipelines, and can replace PE100 HDPE indoor pipes.
- High temperature resistance, As a PP material specifically designed for manufacturing indoor radiant floor heating pipes, Yuhwa RP2400 PP boasts a heat deflection temperature of 85°C—significantly higher than conventional PPB pipes—making it fully suitable for standard indoor thermal piping applications.
- Drinking water contact grade, Yuhwa RP2400 complies with food contact standards. It is a pipe PP raw material that can be used for drinking water transportation. The PP pellets are available in green. In some countries, colored particles may not be used in drinking water pipeline applications.
