• GF20 PBT, DSM Arnite TV4 240 PBT material contains 20% glass fiber reinforcement, providing enhanced strength and reduced shrinkage. Its tensile modulus reaches 7200 MPa under ISO 527 testing standards. Water absorption rate is only 0.3%, moisture absorption rate is only 0.15%, and molding shrinkage rate is only 1.3%, making it suitable for the production of precision parts and high-strength components.
• High temperature plastic materials. PBT material inherently possesses excellent high-temperature resistance. Arnite TV4 240, reinforced with 20% glass fiber, further enhances its thermal performance, achieving a melting temperature of 225°C and a heat deflection temperature of 220°C at 0.45 MPa. It is suitable for manufacturing engine compartment and electrical cooling applications.
