 Celanese Zytel HTN 54G35EF PPA Description 

Zytel HTN 54G35EF is a polyphthalamide (also known as"PPA"or"heat-stabilized nylon") manufactured by Celanese Corporation. It contains 35% glass fiber, heat stabilizers, and impact modifiers, giving the material excellent heat resistance and impact strength. It is commonly used in automotive and mechanical components.

  • Excellent high-temperature resistance, With the support of a heat stabilizer, Zytel HTN 54G35EF PPA achieves a melting temperature of 304°C and a deflection temperature of 262°C under a test pressure of 1.8 MPa, far exceeding the performance of conventional polyamides. It is ideally suited for extreme high-temperature applications such as engine components and mechanical parts.

As a high-performance polymer material, Zytel HTN 54G34EF high-temperature nylon has met the material certification standards of the Renault-Nissan Alliance and Stellantis.   • Excellent mechanical properties. Under normal conditions, Zytel HTN 54G35EF PPA material achieves a tensile modulus of 11,000 MPa and a flexural modulus of 10,000 MPa. Its high rigidity makes it ideal for components requiring high load-bearing capacity. Furthermore, due to the addition of impact modifiers, the material exhibits excellent impact resistance, with a Charpy notched impact strength of up to 11 kJ/m².
