Zytel HTN51G35HSL is a high-performance polyamide material manufactured by Celanese Corporation, also known as"PPA material."This material is reinforced with 35% glass fiber and offers high strength, high-temperature resistance, and hydrolytic resistance.

The Zytel HTN 51G35 PPA material we supply is available in two standard colors: Zytel HTN 51G35HSL NC010—natural; and Zytel HTN 51G35HSL BK010—opaque black.

Celanese Zytel HTN51G35HSL NC010 PPA Advantage
- High temperature nylon, Zytel HTN51G35HSL is a high-temperature polyamide that offers superior heat resistance compared to conventional nylon materials, The deflection temperature under a load of 0.45 MPa reaches 280°C, and the melt temperature reaches 300°C, far exceeding that of conventional engineering plastics, suitable for automotive motors, engines, fuel systems, and mechanical engineering components that require high-temperature resistance.
- GF35 PA. Zytel HTN 51G35HSL contains 35% glass fiber reinforcement, giving it higher rigidity, strength, heat resistance, and dimensional stability compared to conventional nylon materials. Its tensile modulus reaches 12 GPa, its flexural modulus reaches 10 GPa and its modulus shrinkage averages only 0.4%, making it particularly suitable for applications requiring high load-bearing capacity and the machining of precision components.
