 Polyplastics Laperos E130i LCP pellet Description 

Polyplastics Vectra E130i injection molding liquid crystal polymer material (LCP resin), containing 30% glass fiber reinforcement, has excellent high temperature resistance and strength. It is commonly used in the production of surface mount technology (SMT applications), automotive parts, and signal base station related components.

  • Glass fiber reinforced LCP material, Laperos E130i liquid crystal polymer material contains 30% glass fiber, which gives it better strength and impact resistance. The simple supported beam notched impact under 23℃ test environment reaches 35kJ/㎡
  • Laperos E130i LCP is a naturally flame retardant plastic material that achieves UL94 V-0 flame retardancy even without additional additives. It is suitable for signal base station equipment that requires flame retardancy and long-lasting heat dissipation.
  • Excellent high temperature resistance. Compared with conventional materials, Laperos E130i liquid crystal polymer has better heat resistance. The heat deformation temperature reaches 280℃ under 1.8MPa test environment and 290℃ under 0.45MPa test environment. It can be used in very extreme high temperature environments.
