Sumitomo Sumikasuper E4008 LCP pellet Advantage

Super high temperature resistance. Compared with conventional plastic materials, Sumikasuper E4008 LCP has better high temperature resistance, with a heat deformation temperature of 313°C and a welding temperature of 330°C. It is very suitable for applications with strict requirements on high temperature resistance.
Glass fiber reinforced liquid crystal polymer (LCP), Sumikasuper E4408 contains 40% glass fiber reinforcement, which is further enhanced on the basis of the original high rigidity and high strength. The bending modulus reaches 12.3GPa under the test environment of 23℃, and the bending modulus reaches 6.3GPa under the test environment of 200℃, which is far higher than conventional materials and is very suitable for environments with more stringent requirements on rigidity and strength.
Good electrical properties. E4008 LCP resin has good insulation performance. The dielectric constant is only 3.9 under 1MHz test environment; the dissipation factor is only 0.018; the arc resistance reaches 130s, which is suitable for use in electronic and electrical equipment to avoid equipment failure.
