Polyplastics Laperos E525T LCP Description

Laperos E525T is liquid crystal polymer resin (LCP material) produced by Polyplastics Co., Ltd. It contains 25% mineral filled (MD25 LCP material), flame retardant grade V-0, impact modified high-performance plastic raw material, commonly used in automotive parts, home appliances, electronic equipment and industrial applications.

Polyplastics Laperos E525T LCP resin contains 25% mineral filled and is available only in black, as shown in the image on the left. The color code is Laperos E525T BK225P, and the pellets are pillow-shaped.

Polyplastics Laperos E525T BK225P LCP Advantage

MD25 LCP material. Laperos E525T LCP material contains 25% mineral filled, which, compared to unfilled resin, effectively improve dimensional stability and heat resistance while reducing warpage defects.
Low dust emission. Compared to glass-fiber-reinforced LCP resin, Laperos E525T LCP is filled with mineral fibers. While maintaining good mechanical properties, it effectively reduces the fine dust generated during processing and use, offering advantages in precision parts, optical modules, and SMT components.
Excellent dimensional stability. Laperos E525T MD25 filled LCP has a shrinkage rate of only 0.03%, far lower than that of ordinary engineering plastics, and offers improved resistance to warpage, making it particularly suitable for the manufacturing of thin-walled precision parts.
