CCP Longlite 4830 PBT Advantage

• Glass fiber reinforced PBT, CCP 4830 GF30 PBT material contains 30% glass fiber reinforcement, providing lower shrinkage, enhanced high-temperature resistance, and superior strength properties. It is highly suitable for machining precision components and high-temperature-resistant parts.
• Heat resistant plastic material. Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) inherently possesses exceptional high-temperature resistance. When glass fiber reinforced, Longlite 4830 GF30 PBT achieves a heat deflection temperature of 215°C at 0.45 MPa. This makes it suitable for applications demanding superior heat dissipation and high-temperature performance.
• Excellent insulation properties, Chang Chun PBT 4830 achieves a volume resistivity of 10¹⁵ Ω·cm and a surface resistivity of 10¹² Ω when tested under the IEC 60093 standard, providing excellent insulation properties. It is suitable for the production of electrical insulation components.
  Good processability. 4830 PBT resin exhibits a melt viscosity of 170 Pa·sec at 260°C, featuring a medium-to-high flow rate suitable for injection molding processes. It is compatible with most processing equipment and incorporates release agent components to facilitate rapid product processing.
