Celanese Celanex 3300 PBT pellet Description
Celanex 3300 is a glass-fiber-reinforced polybutylene terephthalate resin pellet (GF30 PBT material) manufactured by Celanese Corporation. Containing 30% glass fiber, it offers excellent high-temperature resistance, enhanced strength, low shrinkage, and superior electrical properties. It is commonly used in the production of components for electronic and electrical equipment, automotive parts, as well as appliances and office equipment.
Celanese Celanex 3300 PBT Advantage
- GF30 PBT material. Celanese 3300 PBT material contains 30% glass fiber reinforcement, providing enhanced strength and reduced shrinkage. At 23°C, it exhibits 0.4% water absorption and a flexural modulus of 10000 MPa. This engineering plastic is suitable for manufacturing automotive components, industrial parts, and electronic/electrical equipment.
- Heat resistant plastic. Celanese Celanex PBT 3300, reinforced with GF30, exhibits exceptional high-temperature resistance inherent to PBT materials. Under a 0.45MPa test environment, its heat deflection temperature reaches 225°C—significantly higher than conventional plastics. This makes it ideal for applications demanding robust heat dissipation and superior high-temperature performance.
- Good Insulation performance. Celanese 3300 PBT material features a volume resistivity of 1E13 ohm·m, a surface resistivity of 1E15 ohm, and a comparative tracking index of 425. It delivers excellent insulation performance and is suitable for manufacturing electromagnetic devices, coil formers, and electrical switches with high insulation requirements.
