 Celanese Celcon M90 POM pellet Description 

Celcon M90 is a Polyformaldehyde resin (POM-C material) produced by Celanese. M90 POM material has a melt index of 8 cm³/10 min (at 190°C, 2.16 kg), medium viscosity, and offers good processing properties. can be processed in blow molding and extrusion molding processing methods, and has advantages in thin-walled products and pipe manufacturing.

  • Easy to process, M90 POM exhibits a melt flow index (MFI or MVR) of 8 cm³/10 min at 190°C under a 2.16 kg test environment. It is suitable for injection molding and extrusion processing methods. The melt possesses medium viscosity and offers favorable processing conditions, making it compatible with the vast majority of production equipment. The material demonstrates strong machine adaptability.
  • Enhanced high-temperature resistance. Compared to homopolymer POM resin (POM-H material), Celcon M90 POM employs a copolymer POM processing method, offering superior high-temperature resistance. Its heat deflection temperature reaches 158°C under a 0.45MPa test environment, slightly exceeding that of POM-H. M90 POM is suitable for the production of components requiring long-term high-temperature resistance, such as bearings, chemical pump valves, and automotive trim parts.
