DuPont Delrin 300ATB BK000 electrostatic dissipative grade polyoxymethylene copolymer (ESD POM-H) has good lubricity and high rigidity. It is resistant to moisture, gasoline, and chemical reagents, is used to protect electronic components and prevent dust absorption. Delrin 300ATB POM is widely used in automotive parts, parts, industrial applications, engineering applications, and consumer electronics.

  • Excellent electrostatic dissipation properties. Delrin 300ATB POM, a plastic material specifically designed to protect electronic components and prevent dust absorption, exhibits excellent electrostatic protection (ESD POM). Under ASTM D4496 testing standards, it has a surface resistivity of 2E+4Ω, allowing static charges to be discharged slowly, preventing sudden discharges that could damage electronic components.
  • Impact modified plastic materials. Delrin 300ATB POM material is filled with carbon black to effectively improve the rigid impact performance of POM material, making its 1eA simple beam notch impact reach 8kJ/㎡ under 23℃ test environment and 6kJ/㎡ under -30℃ test environment. It is suitable for applications with high impact resistance requirements, especially those with high low-temperature impact resistance requirements.
