• Food grade PP, As a PP material specifically designed for food packaging production, LyondellBasell 5 C 37 F complies with regulations governing food contact applications and has been certified under FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and 21 CFR 176.170(c), making it safe for use in food applications.
• Good heat-sealing performance. LyondeBasell 5C37F TPO is specifically designed for co-extruded films. It offers excellent gas barrier properties and heat sealability, and can be used in biaxially oriented polypropylene, cast film, and twin-bubble extrusion processes. With a seal initiation temperature of just 105°C, it places minimal demands on equipment.
• Good machinability and user experience. Under test conditions of 230°C and 2.16 kg, LyondellBasell 5C37F has a melt flow rate of 5.5 g/10 min, making it suitable for general extrusion film processing equipment, The material also contains slip and anti-block agents to prevent the finished film from sticking together.
