Carbon fiber reinforced polyoxymethylene (CFR-POM). Duracon CH-10 adds 10% carbon fiber to enhance the strength, heat resistance, wear resistance and conductivity of POM materials, making POM fully applicable in transmission parts, sliding parts, high temperature fields and conductive fields.
Eletrically conductive plastic material. POM material is an excellent electrical insulating plastic. Duracon CH-10 CD3501 achieves conductive POM by adding 10% carbon fiber, while retaining the wear resistance and impact resistance of polyoxymethylene materials. It can be used to manufacture instruments and conveyor slides.
Rigidity enhanced POM material. By adding carbon fiber, the rigidity of Duracon CH-10 is effectively improved, and the additive is light in weight and has almost no effect on the weight of the final product. CD3501 POM has advantages in the fields of automobiles, machinery, office equipment and medical equipment.
