Sabic Valox 420SE0 PBT pellet Description
Valox 420SE0 is a polybutylene terephthalate resin (PBT material) produced by Saudi Basic Industries Corporation. Containing 30% glass fiber reinforcement, it offers enhanced strength, rigidity, and extremely low shrinkage, making it ideal for manufacturing precision components. It also incorporates halogen-based flame retardants, achieving UL94 V-0 and 5VA flame retardancy ratings, making it suitable for applications demanding high flame resistance.

The Valox 420SE0 GF30 PBT we supply comes from Nansha, China, and various productionsites in the United States; by default, we prioritize supplies from Sabic Innovation's Nanshafacility.

Sabic Valox 420SE0 PBT Advantage
- GF30 PBT material, Valox 420SE0 PBT resin contains 30% glass fiber reinforcement (GF30 PBT material), providing higher strength, rigidity, and dimensional stability compared to unfilled PBT plastic. It exhibits a water absorption rate of only 0.09% at 23°C and achieves a tensile modulus of 12,000 MPa—significantly exceeding conventional materials. This resin is suitable for precision machining of parts requiring high strength and dimensional stability.
- Flame retardant plastic. Sabic 420SE0 PBT contains halogen flame retardants and components. Without adding additional flame retardant additives, all colors of the 420SE0 PBT material achieve UL94 V-0 flame retardancy under the 0.71mm test standard. It is an excellent flame-retardant plastic choice suitable for use in high-heat electronic and electrical equipment.
