Tairilac WG1800 is an injection-molded acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate resin produced by Formosa Chemicals & Fiber Corporation, also known as"ASA material."It offers excellent color stability and UV resistance, ensuring products maintain superior color retention even after prolonged outdoor use. This resin is commonly used in manufacturing outdoor products.

Excellent color stability performance, Tairilac WG1800 ASA offers excellent weather resistance. Products made from this material exhibit significantly less yellowing compared to conventional ABS after prolonged outdoor exposure, effectively extending the product lifecycle. It is suitable for manufacturing outdoor equipment housings, automotive exterior trim, and other products subjected to long-term outdoor exposure.
Excellent machinability. Tairilac WG1800 ASA material exhibits a melt flow index (MFI or MVR) of 18g/10min under a 220°C, 10kg test environment. It is suitable for injection molding processing equipment and shares comparable processing conditions with ABS material. This material can be used on the vast majority of ABS production lines, serving as a viable alternative to conventional injection-molded ABS materials.
