 UENO LCP 3040GM pellet Description 

UENO 3040GM is a liquid crystal polymer (LCP material) produced by UENO Fine Chemical Industry, Ltd. It is a reinforced resin material containing 40% glass fiber and minerals. 3040GM LCP material has ultra-high temperature resistance, high fluidity, and is known for its extremely low warpage, is suitable for the production of plastic products with high dimensional accuracy and anisotropic properties.

UENO LCP 3040GM pellet Advantage

  • Glass fiber and mineral reinforced plastic material. UENO LCP 3040GM contains 40% glass fiber and minerals, which makes it have better high temperature resistance than conventional liquid crystal polymers. The unannealed heat deformation temperature under 0.45MPa test environment can reach 288℃, making it suitable for applications in extreme high temperature environments.
  • Stable molding and not easy to deform. As a polymer material with ultra-high fluidity, 3040GM LCP material has stable molding when manufacturing thin-walled products and is not easy to deform during the cooling process, which is conducive to the manufacturing of thin-walled and complex products.
  • UL94 V-0 grade plastic material. Without adding any additional additives, UENO 3040 LCP material can achieve UL94 V-0 grade fire retardant rating, suitable for high heat dissipation equipment housing and exposed mechanical parts manufacturing.
