EVATHENE UE630 is an ethylene vinyl acetate tool polymer material manufactured by Taiwan USI Co., Ltd. UE630 EVA contains 16% vinyl acetate, is suitable for various processing methods including injection molding, foam molding, blow molding, and co-extrusion molding. It can be used in the production of shoe soles and food packaging products.

Excellent low-temperature resistance. EVATHENE UE630 EVA material maintains good mechanical properties even at low temperatures of -76°C, exhibiting low susceptibility to low-temperature embrittlement; suitable for extreme low-temperature applications.
Excellent flexibility. USI UE630 EVA contains 16% vinyl acetate ester, offering good flexibility. Its tensile strength at break is 170 kg/cm², and its ultimate elongation is 700%.
