CNPC DMDA-8008H HDPE pellet Description

DMDA-8008H is injection molded high density polyethylene resin pellet (HDPE material) produced by Sinopec Dushanzi, specially used for bottle cap manufacturing, with high rigidity and high strength. Due to its good properties, it can be used as a replacement for Borouge MB5568 HDPE material, which is also used for manufacturing of beverages caps.

As shown in the image on the left, the caps grade HDPE—DMDA-8008H—produced by CPNC Dushanzi Petrochemical consists of ellipsoidal, opaque white pellets. Please contact us if you require a custom color.

CNPC DMDA-8008H HDPE Advantage

Good processing performance. As one of CNPC Petrochemical’s main products, the 8008H HDPE material has a melt flow rate (MFR) of 7.59 g/10 min when tested at 190°C with a load of 2.16 kg. It is suitable for injection molding equipment used to manufacture beverage bottle caps, and its MFR is comparable to that of Borealis MB5568 HDPE (8 g/10 min), making it a direct substitute.
Excellent finished product appearance. 8008H HDPE pellets are easy to color, which is convenient for manufacturers to produce bottle caps of different colors. The final finished product has a smooth surface and no obvious defects after injection molding, and the production is relatively stable.
Comply with food safety standards. Sinopec 8008H HDPE material complies with a variety of food safety standards and rules, and is suitable for the manufacture of bottle caps for beverages, drinking water, dairy products, etc.
