• Excellent metal adhesion, Compared to conventional polypropylene materials, Borouge RD265CF polypropylene's most distinctive feature is its exceptional metal adhesion capability. While retaining the numerous advantages of PP materials, it achieves effective barrier properties against light, oxygen, and moisture at an extremely low cost. It is suitable for producing metallizable cast film applications (MCPP), with the resulting cast film commonly used in food and beverage packaging.
• Balanced mechanical properties, As a polypropylene material specifically designed for producing multilayer co-extruded films and food packaging films, Borouge RD265CF PP material offers exceptional tensile properties and puncture resistance. It achieves tensile strain at break of 500-600% and a modulus of elasticity of 1000 MPa, making it an excellent material for manufacturing metallized films.
• High temperature resistance. Borouge RD265CF PP material has a Vicat softening temperature of 134°C. In multi-layer co-extruded film production, this effectively ensures material processing and prevents material degradation caused by high temperatures.
• Good optical performance, Borouge RD265CF copolymer polypropylene material exhibits a gloss level of 120 and a haze level of just 1% under 20° testing conditions, offering exceptional transparency and gloss. It is suitable for food packaging applications demanding high aesthetic properties.
