Hanwha Total TF430 is a propylene-ethylene-butylene terpolymer material (PP material) specifically designed for film production. It offers excellent gloss and transparency along with superior metal adhesion properties, making it ideal for manufacturing the corona layer film in cast film applications.
Hanwha Total TF430 PP Advantage
- Corona-treated film raw material. Compared to conventional polypropylene materials, Hanwha TF430 PP's greatest advantage lies in its ability to undergo vacuum metallization coating on film substrates. This process achieves excellent oxygen, moisture, and light barrier properties at extremely low cost. Aluminum-coated films produced from this material are commonly used in food packaging applications to extend product shelf life.
- Food grade plastic. Hanwha Total TF430 polypropylene material complies with food contact requirements and has met the stringent requirements of FDA 21 CFR 177.1520. Films produced from this material are suitable for food packaging applications.
- Excellent mechanical properties. Hanwha TF430 PP material is specifically designed for film production, offering exceptional tensile properties, impact resistance, and optical performance. With an elongation at break of 500% at 23°C and an Izod impact strength reaching 6 kg-cm/cm, it represents an outstanding film-grade polypropylene material.
